Is it possible to show a burn down chart in terms of story points
instead of working days?

The Release burndown report reflects the progress of stories/backlog
items for a project or release and uses the estimate on the story.
The estimate is typically in story points or ideal days so this is the
report you would want to use.
The Sprint/Iteration burndown report reflects the progress of a Sprint/
Iteration and uses the ToDo values from the tasks and tests.
