Is there a report available that displays at the Program Initiative/Feature level, with features/stories rolled up?

Example 1:

Feature ABC           18 PTS

Story 1                      5PTS

Story 2                      10PTS

Story 3                      3 PTS

Example 2:

Program Initiative ABC           30 PTS

Feature 1                      15PTS

Story 1                          10PTS

Story 2                          5PTS

Feature 2                      15PTS

Story 1                          10PTS

Sure, the Portfolio Tree can show you that information. Grids and tree views are customizable, filterable reports that also happen to be editable. Here’s an example where you can see the Story estimate rolls up to parent Features and the Feature totals roll up to the parent Epic (or Program Initiative using your terminology).
