Filter Question on Relationships

From a Defect, if you go to the Relationships tab and then to the Broken By Defects section and click “Assign,” is there a way to filter the list so that users can see whether or not an item already has another “Broken By Defect” relationship?

 

In fact, are there any filtering capabilities on relationships?

If an item has the relationship established, it will be listed in it's
relationship tab. If you want to know how many stories or backlog
items are impacted by a defect you would view the "Breaks Item"
section on the relationship tab of the offending defect. On the
story, you would view the "Broken by Defect" section to see the
opposite view.

There are filters available when selecting the items via the "Assign"
option in the upper left hand corner of that window...these are
typically the types of filter that get you closer to the item you need
to establish the relationship to.
