Hi,
I dont see any option to add members to a team.
I am able to create team , but I am not able to assign members to that
team. Why is it so?
Is there any way to assign the members to the team ??

thanks .

Add member groups whose names match project teams. (Members, Member
Groups). From there you can assign V-1 users to one or more teams. Then
assign work to the team, you will see a dropdown of available team members.

thanks .

True. Teams and Groups are different. Groups can be used represent
an organization. For example, if you have 5 people on a scrum team and
3 report to one manager and and 2 to another. The manager wants
reports on their organization. This can be accomplished with Groups.

Team members are not explicitly assigned to a Team in VersionOne.
When a person "picks" up work in a sprint, they are then associated
with the Team that is working on that sprint. There is no explicit
assignment made to a Team.
