Printing taskboard or testboard?

Is it possible to print the taskboard or testboard? And on the same
subject, I'd like to add id number to either of them - is there a way
to customize the fields displayed?

Morning Hessel,
I am not sure if anyone responded back to you but I wanted to let
you know that in V1 on any of the 'boards (story, task, test) - you
can click the 'Standup Dashboard' next to the reports (above / right
of the board) and you will get a pop up that is printable. In there
you can choose which board to print.

Regarding the second question - that is an awesome idea to be able to
see the id for tasks and tests. Could you please submit that to
IdeaSpace?

Thanks for the response. You are the only person to get back to me and I'm grateful for that. I'll try it out.

In terms of  IdeaSpace, where exactly is it in v1?

By the way I have a couple of reporting ideas. Here are some of them:

1. I often export to Excel to draw graphs. Things I look at are sprint tasks per owner sorted by status and priority. Isn't that a no-brainer report that should be off the shelf with v1? Yet it takes me a minute or so each time which is such a waste of time.
2. The only existing report that I like at present is outstanding tasks by priority. The trouble with it is that they never drop as they always show the total items in the sprint. Can we have a way to show the outstanding tasks reducing over time? It's a wonderful way to motivate the developers.

               Not a problem.  Please let me know if that printing works for you as you expected.

 

In regards to IdeaSpace – it is here - https://ideaspace.versionone.com/default.

 

In regards to your report – have you looked at the REST API?  With that, you can create a data source in excel pointing to V1.  Then you could create your chart still in Excel.  Each time you need to refresh the charts, you just refresh your data source.  That might work very well for you.

 

I really like your second idea as well (report ideas are always great).  I would drop that on IdeaSpace as well.
