Owners lists in Subscriptions are out of order

Hey,
Is there any reason as to why the owner lists are out of order in the
notification subscription area? Its kind of annoying and different from
the other areas of the program where things are nicely ordered. It
looks like things are ordered by when users were added or something.
This is in 8.2+ (I haven't checked this out in the earlier versions).

I see the same thing in 8.3 so I'm copying support to see if this is
an issue or if there is a reason for the difference in the sort order.

Folks,

Looking to see if anyone is experiencing intermittent browser lockup
when accessing V1 server over a WAN connection.

My team is using 7.3 XP, and we are having various issues with various
browsers. Particularly an intermittent browser hang when using FF 2.x
or 3.x

What has your experience been re: accessing V1 over a WAN (say, US to
Europe, etc.)?

I'm actually very interested in this. I have several people that use V1 over WAN, and they report considerable slowdown vs when they are on site. We've even turned on the headers compression or whatever it was on IIS to supposedly make this better, but it's still very slow for some people.

Our offshore teams in India don't seem to have a problem. Our server is
in Delaware...

Are they connecting to the server farm over a corporate VPN or just over the plain old intertubes? We are using a corporate VPN, perhaps that's the issue?

They use VPN over Internet. I do, too, from home and it seems fine. V1
is not the snappiest app to begin with, but it's quite bearable.

I'm copying support on this to see if it an issue with possibly the
version you are on. There have been some fixes for Firefox and with
8.3 FF 3.0 there are updates.
