Can we get a Paper Clip to Signal Attachments on the Details page?

We figured out that we can add a "Number of Attachments" column to the
list view (and take up valuable screen real estate), but when someone
is looking at the Details page for a backlog item, they have to click
on the tab to see whether there is an attachment or not.

We've found that our users constantly miss the attachments, so the
well-known paper clip icon might help signal their presence - maybe
placed near the Description field. At this point, we've resorted to
typing "See Attachment" everywhere to catch their attention.

There is a new feature in release 8.2 that allows you to display icons
on any grid via the "Additional Details" column that indicates if
there are links, attachments, and discussions associated to an item.
You can select the icon and go directly to the relationship you are
interested in without having to go to the detail page.
