Anyway to specify user in web UI URL to V1?

At my company we have created a generic account with read-only access so that other departments can view status information, I was wondering when distributing a URL to a defect if it is possible to specify a username in the URL? This is for Web UI, not the REST interface.

There is no way to add credentials to URLs via the UI currently.
