Quick add story from template

Hi.

We are relying on story and defect templates quite heavily and find them very useful except the fact that creating them is very cumbersome.

Are there plans to add a “Add story inline from template”? That would be a great help since currently the “Add story inline” feature, which is a great feature is unusable if one relies on templates.

 

Another option is to allow converting stories to stories from templates. If we had at least this feature then it would be possible to create stories inline and later convert them to the template-type stories.

Both the these requests are currently on our backlog from previous

Thanks you. Do you know which release are they scheduled for?

I do not at this time. Each release contains the list of items that
are addressed so keep an eye out for that. Also, this post as well as
the others will be updated once the features are released.
