Notifications option missing

Hi,

I just created a VersionOne Account for a study project, so I got a "Team Free" Account.

Now I wanted to set email notifications like described here: https://community.versionone.com/VersionOne-Lifecycle/Keeping_Track_of_Your_Work_From_My_Home/Managing_Notifications_and_Subscriptions/Receiving_Notification_Alerts_by_Email

But neither the "Notifications by email" check box nor the preferences tab is visible (see Screenshot).

An email-Adress is entered in the user profile.

How can I get eMail Notifications to work? Is it maybe part of a higher, paid, tier?
