Thanks for your interest in V1JIRA. Sorry that you are having some
problems with getting it running.
I confirm the instructions are correct. You do not need a mapping. The
logic works as follows:
1. Look for mappings. V1JIRA expect that Project IDs in mappings are
valid, otherwise items cannot be created. In other words, an invalid
mapping is not the same as no mapping.
2. If there is no mapping, V1JIRA looks for first available VersionOne
project with the same name as the JIRA project.
3. If no VersionOne project matches, V1JIRA uses the first accessible
(root) project from list of all available projects.
Although we can rule out your choice of no mapping, there could be
other configuration options causing the problem. If you strip the
username and password, you can post the .config file here and we can
try to troubleshoot. Or you can also open a support case by emailing
sup...@versionone.com (the .config file is still key to
troubleshooting).
