How to create V1Instance with Windows SSO

When V1 is single sign on, If i access url in browser it is validating with my windows domain credentials and logging in. 

Now i would like to connect to thorough API. I am trying to create V1Instance object , but i couldn't/

Below are different combinations i tried.

username: user1  (this is both v1user and domain user is same)

domain: abc.com

• v1 = new V1Instance( url);
  
• v1 = new V1Instance( url, "","");
  
• v1 = new V1Instance( url, us...@abc.com, domainusrepwd );
  
• v1 = new V1Instance( url, us...@abc.com, v1pwd);

I have had this issue in the past.  If I remember correctly, it turned out to be an SSL issue, not a username/password authentication issue that the error message would lead you to believe.
