Artifacts 1.3 Released

We are happy to announce the public release of Artifacts 1.3.

Major changes in the new version.
- TortoiseSVN plugin (http://versioned.com/support/0007/).
- Random Base32 Numbers scheme for artifact IDs.
- Open Artifacts files in Visual Studio on double-click in Windows Explorer.
- Fixed: Visual Studio might crash if .NET 2.0 SP2 is not installed.
- Fixed: installation may be blocked with a "Please wait..." message.
- Fixed: new artifacts are not added to SourceGear Vault if Enhanced
Client is selected as Source Control Provider.
