Artifacts 1.4 Released

We are happy to announce the public release of Artifacts 1.4.

Major changes in the new version.
- Label Groups.
- Project Templates.
- Label Renaming in Solution Explorer.
- Fixed: TortoiseSVN integration doesn't work on x64 versions of Windows.
- Fixed: deadlock is possible on project reload.
- Fixed: filtering doesn't work with label names containing spaces.
- Fixed: error on opening Server Explorer.
