New Configuration File -- Upload?

Great work on that,
One thing I would like to suggest: lets make a "default config" file
with some comments and upload that to svn. At the moment, as far as I
can tell, one has to generate the file themselves in order for
versaplexd to work properly.

Avery just mentioned that in his email. We don't want to check in an
actual "versaplexd.ini" file, because then when you change it for your
local machine, someone will end up accidentally checking it in and
breaking everyone else's configuration when they update. But an
example file that you can copy to versaplexd.ini yourself is a good
idea.
