What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call GetSchemaChecksums in versaplexd through DBus with an empty
database (i.e. no checksums to return)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: A DBus reply containing an empty SchemaChecksums data structure.
Actual: The query hangs; no reply is received.

It's not obvious exactly what's going on. According to Wireshark,
Versaplexd sends a DBus reply, but wvdbusd doesn't seem to forward it
along. It could be a bug in wvdbusd, or it could be crappy dbus-sharp
generating a bogus DBus reply.

To test this, uncomment the #if-0-ed out section at the top of
TestProcedureChecksums() in versaplexd/t/schemamatic.t.cs and run the tests.
