Channel Manager Import and Export

It looks like the Channel Manager has a half-baked import/export feature that isn't documented.

If I go into the Channel Manager, I can manually add channels there with no issue, delete duplicates with no issue, there's even a export function that delivers all of the channels into a .csv file.

However, it does appear that the import function does not work at this time. Has anyone else looked into this as another way to import large lists of repeaters, frequencies instead of doing it 16 at a time?
