Hello, i am a new user of the VR-N7500, i aquired a unit some days ago for the use with my Android mobile phone and for my Android Car system Junsun XT596 UK. Everything is fine with the mobile phone, where is have tested the features before the purchase. So i was able to install the HT app to the car radio/navigation system which is also running an Android 13 OS. The Junsun XT596 UK car system is able to find and pair with the VR-N7500. But the installed HT App will not find the VR-N7500 Radio when i try to pair a new device. It will search forever and exit the scan after a longer time period. I tried nearly everything, new firmware on both sides, developer mode on the car system. No Success. So i hope that this group may have some ideas on how i can pair the device in the HT app. So again, the pairing in the bluetooth section of the radio is fine! I have no clue why the radio is invisible to the HT app. I would appreciate it very much, if someone is coming up with a possible solution. Thanks in advance.Bild_2024-10-30_235442492.pngBild_2024-10-30_235501526.png

The connection to the car and radio BT is the issue and it was not designed for that. Very few have ,managed a connection if any. Don't know if this will be possible with the new radio coming out shortly the N7600..not many of the features have been released yet.
Your issue is the BT not being compatible..

Thank you for your answer Min. Well, what i still do not understand then is, that the Junsun car radio device is able to successfully connect and pair to the vr-n7500. I am still able to hear the N7500 Audio in my car speaker system. If there is a mismatch in the bluetooth system, why can we successfully pair the two devices and why will the problem come up only in the HT-app. It seems to me, that it might be a software problem in the HT-app and not in the radio itself. It is also an Android system, like any other mobile phone or tablet device. I don't really want to install a second LCD-Screen (tablet) for this matter. Maybe i can find a bluetooth packet sniffer to be able to see where the incompatibility happens. I am trying to dig deeper. So with these new car radio devices, there are maybe more users coming up with this issue. Thanks.
