After fiddling around to compile on raspberry pi (buster) I don't know how to start vernemq server

I'm trying

piotr@pi3b:130:~/devel/vernemq/_build/default/rel/vernemq (master)+$ bin/vernemq start

But the shell script timeouts.

Sorry I'm not very familiar with erlang pipework...

Hi Pedro,

You can start with "vernemq start", or "vernemq console". The latter should give you some lines of immediate output. In any case like this, make sure to check the logs. If this is a custom build, look for a crash dump too.
