hi gang,

just a reminder that if you are responding to an individual post, and
it is not of general interest to the group, you should be e-mailing to
just the poster. while i'm sure your responses are all erudite and
worthy of interest, they may not need to be sent to all of the group.

also, keep in mind that you can customize your settings to just read
the postings online and not get individual e-mails.
