i've had several requests for me to change individual settings, so i
thought i would send you all the way to do that. the last thing i
want is for this to become more annoying than useful. you can go in
and change your settings to any of the following. thanks so much.

Digest Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Get up to 25 full new messages bundled into a single email

Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Send each message to me as it arrives
