Wetlands Rules in Executive Order 06-25

Governor Scott has proposed some very damaging changes to the Wetlands Rules in Executive Order 06-25. I believe these rules to be detrimental to invertebrate habitat; especially adjacent to wetland areas. The Agency of Natural Resources is in the process of Rulemaking to implement these changes. Public comments are due by January 14.
