Saturday, 4/11, the Vermont Entomological Society will be having their annual potluck meeting at Birds of Vermont Museum in Huntington, 11 a.m., 900 Sherman Hollow Rd, (802) 434-2167. I look forward to seeing some of you there !

The following weekend, April 17- 19th, the Northeast Natural History Conference will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel on Williston Rd. in Burlington. Even if not attending the conference it may be worthwhile just to breeze by and check out the displays and posters.

Also it’s time to start putting together another newsletter. Please gather your stories, book reviews, field notes, anecdotes, photos, research requests, etc. and send them on to our newsletter editor: melissawi...@gmail.com.

For those in Chittenden Co., Burlington Wildways will be conducting a Spring Bees and Butterflies Bioblitz  from 4/25-5/31.
