I have a question is it possible to design a Vermifiltration system for a densely populated area and how do you go about it. if its feasible.

The only constraint I can think of is having land with vegetation for discharging treated wastewater. The thing about vermifiltration is that nutrients such as N are retained in the water, they are not lost. For me its about closing the nutrient cycle.
