You have the option to take Microsoft certification exams in person at a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center or online in the comfort and privacy of your home with OnVUE. Questions about the online exam experience? Watch the short videos below to ensure you are prepared and know what to expect.

Scheduling a Microsoft certification exam with Pearson VUE starts by creating a free Microsoft Certification profile. Before beginning, be aware that the name on your profile must exactly match the name that appears on the government-issued ID you will present to enter the exam.

If you do not have an ID that meets the requirements of the ID policy and would like to request an exception, or if you are testing outside your country of residence, please contact Pearson VUE support. Any exceptions to the ID or out-of-country testing policy must be pre-approved by the Pearson VUE customer service center at least three business days before the scheduled exam appointment.

Important: You can only schedule up to two (2) Microsoft exams concurrently. Once you complete one exam, you may schedule another. Please note that exams can only be scheduled within the next 90 days.

Planning to do some prep work? The Microsoft Learn exam readiness zone can help you prepare for select exams. Explore tips, tricks, and strategies designed specifically to increase your chances of passing your exam. Resources include exam prep videos with links to enhanced study guides, an exam sandbox, and links to Microsoft official practice tests.

Microsoft international registration or scheduling limitations for India, Pakistan, and China: You may only test in the country identified as your country of residence. This means, for example, if your profile lists China as your country of residence you may only register for an exam in China; Pakistan residents may only register in Pakistan; and India residents may only register in India.

If you do not know the username or password for your Microsoft Certification profile, please do not create another profile. Doing so could delay your certification. If you already have multiple profiles that need to be merged, please contact Microsoft Certification Support and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.

For English as a second language, we offer an additional 30 minutes to complete the exam if the exam is NOT offered in your native language. Please follow the instructions and fill out the form.

Over the spring and summer semesters, Microsoft will sponsor and participate in a six-part series of panel discussions with retail and technology experts about the digital transformation of retail. Some of the panel discussions being planned include conversations around customer data and AI, sustainability, enabling frontline workers and best utilizing the metaverse. The next panel is scheduled for March 23. Register here.

In addition to sponsoring the panels, Microsoft plans to work with Mason to support the development of retail industry-specific surveys to help with research. The center and Microsoft, with its partners, also expect to create opportunities and resources for retailers to better understand how businesses can benefit from emerging technologies.

Biden was in Sturtevant, in Racine County, to promote the $3.3 billion Microsoft data center, which the Democratic president said will employ about 2,300 union construction workers to build it and then 2,000 permanent employees to staff it.

Wisconsin Republican U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil, who represents the district where Biden was visiting Wednesday, said the Microsoft announcement was good for workers. But Steil said Biden is using it to hide his record on failing to control rising inflation and said Biden was taking credit for private-sector work in the region that began a decade ago, much of it for the Foxconn project.

Racine County is a critical location. All but five of the past 33 winning presidential candidates carried it. Trump is one of the five. He won Racine County but lost the election. Biden was the first Democrat since 1976 to win Wisconsin without carrying Racine County.

The race is expected to be close in Wisconsin, where four of the past six presidential elections have been decided by less than a percentage point. Biden won by just under 21,000 votes in 2020. A recent Marquette University poll showed that Republican voters in Wisconsin are somewhat more enthusiastic about the election than Democrats.
