Secondary Subject: Payment and Balance Questions
Message Body: I do not know if 2000 characters is going to be
enough....
I am very disappointed that verizon would have an automated system
HARASS my 17 year old daughter for a past due amount of 32 dollars...
(I am refraining from cursing here....8)).
I think you need to go back and look at the fact that I have been a
verizon customer for about 10 years....again..refraining.....I HAVE
NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT....I may have got the wrong amount a couple of
times (which was the situation this time) or went past the first a few
but I have always paid. And your gonna sweat me for 32 dollars? I
think if you look back that last time I had a problem with you I paid
my damn ...sorry..slipped, termination fee and left. you guys are just
lucky the Iphone is a peice of dung. so I came back. Now here i am
thinking...Here we go again. Thinking this time Im just gonna pull my
whole family....It is a shame that you guys cant get your stuff
together. I mean, since when is it ok to call a 17 year old, multliple
times WHEN SHE IS NOT THE PRIMARY NUMBER????? lucky for me I have a
ton of money and she knows I am not in financial decline like the rest
of the world...but I hate to think what some other poor chap that is
really going through financial hardship would feel if his daughter got
the calls saying they needed to call concerning the bill....MULTIPLE
TIMES? you need to fix your computers...It is really easy, I do it for
a living...and you need to hire better IT administrators that know how
to set a primary number on an automated system. Or maybe a manager
that can tell him??? SOMETHING! I am really trying to fill this 2000
characters to get something through someones head......IN THIS ECONOMY
YOU CANNOT AFFORD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! PEOPLE LIKE ME WILL LEAVE...
you are now free to send me the "generic" we value your business and
we will get to you ASAP email.
well I almost did it...and whom ever gets the honor to read
this...hope ya dont blow milk out your nose....hee hee 8)...
LOVE
