I apologize for not doing a better job of communicating about this so far. We are having a Westminster Canned Food Drive COMPETITION this Sunday. The Sunday School classes are competing for a chance to choose Richard’s costume for this year’s Fall-O-Ween Festival.

 

I was in Dirt Cheap last week, and they had canned goods on sale for about $0.25 apiece. Not sure if they’re still there, but what a great way to stock up on enough to win this thing!!!

 

I’ll try to send out a reminder before Sunday, but please go and buy some cans for our Food Pantry!!

Our Westminster Canned Food Drive has been EXTENDED one week. Please bring cans to church THIS SUNDAY, October 7, 2014. We will have a friendly competition to see which Sunday School class can collect the most cans. And the GRAND PRIZE is that the winning class gets to choose Richard Owens' costume for our Fall-O-Ween Festival! The stakes are high, so everyone start collecting and thinking about which costume you will choose!!
