Possible ...... BackupExec for Dat72 on Win 2008 ?

Dear All,

We have a new dat72 drive that is 2 years old since its new we really
want to make use of it.

It has just been newly configured on the server that runs windows
2008. Here are the specs

Drive : Sun Dat 27 StorageTek by SUN, hardware by HP . Model : A8005A
Serial #: czc08441b1-hp
SCSI card: LSI LOGIC : LSI Adapter, Ultra320 SCSI 2000 series, w/
1020/1030
Server: SunFire x4150 running Windows 2008 Server Standard Edition.

Now after installation the SCSI card is recognized . However the Tape
drive is not ..

On the BackupExec compatibility Document this is what devices are
mentioned :

HP StorageWorks DAT 40 [1] [2] HP^^^^^^C5683A USB 2.0 4mm 4
HP StorageWorks DAT 72 [1] HP^^^^^^C7438A SCSI 4mm 4

Now I dont know what are my options ? is my drive not supported with
windows 2008 or BackupExec ?

I'd really appreciate some insite in this matter.
