I couldn't find a group on my server that seemed as likely to have
the answer:
I need to get my Sony TSL9000 autoloader repaired. The last two
stations have been a disaster-the last one took 5 tries before I
pointed out that it seemed to be a problem detecting the end of tape
only to have them tell me they hadn't been checking THAT!

I need a reliable repair station that I can send a drive to and be
reasonably assured that the repair will be permanent.

NO, use John Mee3 at comcast dot net (remove the spaces and do the
obvious with the "dot" and the "at"
