text messaging requirement

Hello,

Some users of our voice app will not have text messaging enabled. They
would be requested to temporarily enable text messaging to set up the
account via the SMS opt-in feature. After their account is
initialized, they'd likely disable text messaging again. Occassional
text messages are sent to remind the user that their phone's location
is (or could be) tracked. If the user had disabled text messaging
would failure to deliver these reminder messages impact their account?

hi Brad,

No, failure to deliver those reminders doesn't affect locatability of
the phone.
