Hi Guys,

My Account details -

Email: pc...@frugaldoo.com.

I have enabled a few simulated users and whitelisted a few real
phones.

Simulated Phone: 1452012998
Real phone: 203-216-5903

The development mode is set to ON on this real phone.

Now, I am using token test tool - http://demo.veriplace.com/token-test/
in default mode to test, using my keys, and it navigates me to
veriplace page, where I sign in with this mobile number, and enters
the password, it redirects back to token test tool and shows me the
following message - Location was not available.

For simulated user, after I enter the password, it takes me to 'Share
my exact location page', where i click on share button, and then it
gives me the same message.

I am on a very tight deadline, and any efforts to resolve this or any
guidelines are very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Paresh.

Hi Paresh,

I'm not a developer, but I'm pretty sure our default mode is FREEDOM mode... which means you are not using the carrier network to make your location query.  Try changing the location mode to ZOOM or AREA.  See Section 4.2.6 in the Developer Guide for more:
http://developer.veriplace.com/devportal/developerguide/location-api.html

Also, as an aside, for now you can only access the Invitation API by permission only.  We need to know what the app name is to grant this access.

Best,
Jason

Thanks Jason for very fast reply. Appreciate that.

I tried the Zoom mode, without any success.

The app name is Frugaldoo. Could you please provide access to this app?

Many Thanks,
Paresh.

what kind of phone are you trying to locate and on what network?

also, you're now enabled for access to the Invitation API (I've spoken
to Pat in the past about the app).

ok, you should be able to locate that phone.

you might have to wait until Monday to get this resolved... unless one
of our engineers pops online this weekend.

thanks for your patience.

Thank you Jason. When you look at this on Monday, please have a look at the number 203-644-8934 also. This a Blackberry on Verizon. This is also not working.

Thanks for all the help.
