Getting Connection Timed out exception while invoking getlocation API

Hi,

I deployed the basic example given by veriplace. But when i am trying
to access Get Location (by Mobile Number) it is throwing Connection
time out exception.

I set the proxy settings also.

Any help is appreciated.
