Accept several BAMs for the same VCF file

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible accept several input BAM files for the same reference VCF file (--freemix mode) or to add a new feature to be (hack a new way of being) able to run verifyBamID 

Therefore, reducing the time consuming process of reading the same VCF file for each BAM.

I'm currently running this command line: verifyBamID --vcf ${VCF} --bam ${BAM} --out ${OUT} --verbose --ignoreRG --site --minQ 20

Raquel -- VCF reading time is trivial. I don't think this will be useful much and won't be supported.
