Insufficient Available markers Warning for new VerifyBamID

Hi Hyun,

Thanks for your reply about the FREEMIX, I followed your suggestion to try the new version of VerifyBamID,  but I keep getting the warning.

NOTICE - Input Number of Marker:419472

NOTICE - Mean Depth:1.581507

NOTICE - SD Depth:2.236942

NOTICE - 414219 SNP markers remained after sanity check.

WARNING - 

Insufficient Available markers, check input bam depth distribution in output pileup file after specifying --OutputPileup

Then, I checked result.Pileup file
