Do you have the .NET Framework (2.0 or higher) installed?
Please check if you have a folder named "svnmonitor" under %appdata%:
1. Click "Start"
2. "Run..."
3. Type "%appdata%"
4. Enter.

The folder should open and if a folder named "svnmonitor" appears, please zip it and send it to:
adriana...@gmail.com

Hello,

Yes i've already .NET Framework 2.0 installed on my machine.
But, after cheking the %appdata% directory, no svnmonitor is created
there.
after installing, this SVN-Monitor folder is created under C:
\Documents and Settings\user1\Menu Démarrer\Programmes, and it
contains a shortcat to SVN-Monitor binary, witch dosen't work after
launching.

Thanks for help.

Hi,
The folder under "c:\Document and Settings" contains the program shortcut. It is being created on installation. It's OK.
The folder under %appdata% contains various files and settings. It is being created when the program is first launched. It also contains the program log files, which I was hoping to get and start my investigation from.

Without the logs, there is not much I can do to find the problem.
Can you please try to uninstall the program, restart the computer and install it again?

What operating system do you have? Is it 32 or 64 bit?

Do you have Visual Studio 2008 installed?
If so, can you try and attach a debugger to the process?

I will create a small utility that will try to find the cause of the error and send it to you. It will take a day or two.

Thanks,
Adrian Aisemberg
