Is is possible to get svn-monitor to look at the bugtraq properties
and turn my Issue numbers into link within the commit messages? If
not will Vercue be able to do this (do we know how that's going by the
way?).

Do you want to turn the numbers into links within the commit dialog of TortoiseSvn, or do you want to display them as links in svn-monitor's popup notification box?

If you want to do it in svnm's notification box, then it is supported but only as a custom action but not as a built-in feature.
For any TortoiseSvn feature requests or questions, you better ask them, unfortunately I can't answer that. Sorry.

Anyway, if you do need to implement an svnm's custom-action, feel free to send me the  requirements and I will help you create it.

Hmm in the notification box would be interesting, but what I was
really after was having the link in the log pane of the svnm main
window.

Sorry. It's a very good feature, but unfortunately it's not supported.
