I had been looking for information about offline vending everywhere but I can't seem to find it. I had a lot of questions about the new offline vending systems and I would greatly be appreciated if somebody can answer some questions below.

Can player buy the offline vending scroll with zenny? If yes, are there player that is willing to sell it in game? If there is no other way to get offline vending scroll without buying VIP, does 10 dollars VIP get you 10 days worth of offline vending scroll?
3. What happen if you sold items offline but your zenny already exceeded 2B, does the sold item zenny remains in the rodex until you transfer zenny to other character before able to collect the zenny from the sold item?
Your concern on not finding the offline vend item is likely to happen because for merely 100-150k price. I'd rather use it for ten whole days and offline vend Fresh fish on a key spot and get more than that price in return.

3. Anything exchanged via offline merchants are sent through RODEX. So you can always clear up some room before claiming the stuff from mail
People seem pretty ok with selling the bulk-buy offline merchant envelopes because they don't need those that often. It makes sense that they wouldn't want to sell the other one tho lol
The envelopes are supposed to have a 15-day expiry iirc. But the one I bought from a vend was pretty recent and doesn't seem to have an expiry tag, so I'm still waiting to see what actually happens.
We need more people to start asking for the repeatable in-game quests for those envelopes imo

It is possible, for example, to editan online clip in a sequence, make its source offline, and linkthe offline clip to another source file. The new source appearsin the sequence wherever the original one did.
You can linkoffline clips to video files, audio files, and still-image files.However, you cannot link an offline clip to a still-image sequencedifferent from its original source file. Instead, import new still-imagesequences, and place them into timelines manually.
To link the audioof a new source file, the source file must have the same type ofaudio track as the offline clip. For example, if the offline cliphas a stereo audio track, you cannot link it to a source file witha monaural audio track.
If you selected more than one offline clip, the LinkMedia To dialog box appears in turn for each clip you selected.The title bar of the dialog box gives the filename for each offlineclip. Relink the correct source file to each offline clip. If allof the offline clips selected point to media in the same folder,the Link MediaTo dialog asks for the first file, then links theselected offline clips to all the files in the same folder as thefile selected. If you link to a file from a different project, andif that project has the same folder structure and folder names asthe first project, the Link Media To dialog box asks for the firstfile, and then links the selected offline clips to all the filesin the other project.
In the Project panel, you can choose Clip>Make Offlinefor any merged clip. When making any merged clip offline, all componentclips will also be become offline. However, you can use the Relinkcommand to link to the desired tracks, while leaving others offline.

The accelerating and synergistic interaction between technology and tourism in recent times has brought fundamental changes in the industry and on our perceptions of its nature. Several studies show that the Internet has become one of the most important information sources for travel information acquisition. The present paper is focused on a better understanding of tourist behaviors in online versus offline. For investigations it was used exploratory research through qualitative approach. The word association technique from projective techniques it was considered appropriate for this research. It was used Chinese portrait technique to explain deeply the difference between traditional tourism and online tourism and the reasons of preferring mostly use a form or another. The study reveals that the personality of the respondents is almost identical with the constructed profile of online tourism. Interestingly, the remaining associations are found between those assigned to offline tourism. This result was expected because in the sample are even persons that use only offline tourism. These identified profiles have many implications both for further scientific researches, but especially for all actors involved in tourism activities. After consulting the main sources of literature references the present study can be considered one of first researches on online tourism in Romania. The study provides empirical support for identifying features and motivations of online customers and behavioural characteristics of users of online tourism products.
