Hey Nathan, without having actually read the menu I would just like to suggest you guys have a big benefit and having an Airbnb, because you can do a lot of cooking ahead and store it in the fridge and then just take it out and eat it later when you're ready. That would give a lot of the youth a chance to do a cook ahead next weekend and they can gain experience and have fun cooking together with low pressure.
