The requirements for the position of Independent Sales Associate are: 1. Person with good people skills able to communicate with ease. 2. Person who is customer service oriented. 3. Responsible/reliable person with a can do attitude. 4. There is a quota of 5 enrollments per day- this is easily obtained with no out-of-pocket expense for the enrollee. 5. You have to communicate with your ARM and RM daily and attend training. I would also like to give you an overview of the payouts for this position: $1250 per week based on 5 completed enrollments per day. You will be contracted for 60 days and then retired.
