Here are a couple of announcements.
1. The curling trip is on for Sunday, December 18. We are meeting at the church at 9 am and will be returning around 6 or 7 pm. Money will be needed for gas and lunch (if a packed one is not brought). Please let me know who is planning to attend so we can figure out gas money and if we have enough drivers.
2. Anyone who is not currently a member of the venture crew google group, please either join the group or send me your email so I can add you.
3. We have decided to tentatively schedule a ski trip for February 10 - 11 in place of the trip in January. Please let me know if this date works for your schedule. If anyone now wants to go to the Naval Academy trip, the ski trip will not conflict.

4. Our car wash has been postponed until after the winter months, around early March.
5. We need to have two safety sessions before we go shooting. These sessions are mandatory for anyone who wants to go. Wednesdays are the preferred day of the week but if anyone cannot make Wednesdays, let me know so we can schedule these asap. Additionally, here are some links that Clyde Keller has sent us regarding going to the shooting range:
6. A winter backpacking trip may be a possibility. This can be discussed more next meeting.
Our next meeting will be Monday, January 2 at the church. I hope to see you all there.

Attached is the minor release form that must be filled out for anyone that wants to curl under the age of 18. Adults can fill out a form at the check in table. Also, along with money for gas and possible lunch, it will cost &15 per person to curl.
