Mpv support and way to increase voice volume

Good morning 

Hope all is well 

Where to find mini Mike with built in speaker for whoever can't hear me especially when in noisy place not even when out of breath 

As one time saw and wasn't the big bulky tour guide ones

And who knows where can find a gooseneck mount for when don't need big mpv support arm that looks like I'm playing saxophone when going to barber (I mean support arm is great at home I like a lot but not practical to carry around)
