Xin chào cả nhà,
Sắp tới có hội nghị về môi trường COP24 ngày 03 đến ngày 14 tại Katowice của Balan. Em em xin hỏi các anh chị em trong Group mình có ai tham dự sự kiện này không vậy. Tình hình là em đang học tiến sĩ về chuyên ngành Luật môi trường tại Warsaw of university. Nên mong muốn được tham gia hội nghị để học hỏi cũng như tìm kiếm chút tài liệu cho luận án của mình.
Xin cảm ơn cả nhà đã đọc.

Dear veners,
Liệu đoàn VN có thể đưa vào Agenda việc công nhận các nước có 4000 kWh/đầu người là nước phát triển (Phụ lục 1) thay cho Phụ lục 1 cũ không? Tất nhiên là China sẽ phản ứng vì quy định như vậy thực chất ép China vào Phụ lục 1. Nhờ thế format cho NDC sẽ dễ thống nhất cho 2 nhóm: Phụ lục 1 và không Phụ lục 1. Mỹ cũng sẽ có cơ hội quay lại.
Còn nếu China vẫn cam kết NDC đến 2030 mới cắt giảm khí nhà kính, Mỹ đứng ngoài, thì tất cả thành viên khác tuyên bố bỏ hiệp định Paris và phủi đít đi về. Ai lo nhà ấy, đất thấp thì liệu mà kiếm cái gì đắp cho cao lên, còn hơn là ôm cái phao bằng đất có tên gọi Paris.

Dear CACE,

Sometimes ago, anh Nhat Dinh suggested that only way to combat climate change is to do birth control. By accident, the trend is toward this direction. "There has been a remarkable global decline in the number of children women are having". 

Whenever a country's rate drops below approximately 2.1 then populations will eventually start to shrink

Hehe chỉ có western countries mới giảm tỉ lệ sinh thôi nhé! Mod Duyên đang ở nước Western đấy :)
Đúng là cần một chủ đề nữa cho Katowice: Thay vì cắt giảm carbon dioxide, UN đặt ra mức cắt giảm dân số. Nước nào dân số tăng trên 0.5%/năm thì sẽ không nhận được bất cứ khoản viện trợ nào ngoài viện trợ kế hoạch hóa gia đình. Những nước tăng dân số quên khẩn trương quỹ Khí hậu xanh, chỉ nhận được bao cao su và IUD xanh thôi.
