Hi, that PHP form is using very basic post field references. I you have the Action of your form set to the correct url of the subscribe.php file, and that installation of sendy is setup on that server correctly, then any submit on the form should go to sendy. Make sure your field names match the variables that are being used in the subscribe.php file.
How are you currently hosting the sendy files? Normally we only support Webflow forms and help out with different integrations, but I am by no means an expert with Sendy. I think however, if other things are correctly setup, it should work.
Since I put Sendy in the root of a site, I don't have any sub-directories or paths. If it was in /sendy or something I might have to be a little more specific in my Regular Expressions below. You have to consider where Sendy is and where your web.config is. In this case, the easiest thing was the root and putting Sendy in its own site then adding this web.config. You'll notice is a pretty straight port.
Definitely, sendy is the clear winner. The way it provides cost effectiveness in all the services and the high-speed email sending service to the large email list of subscribers is commendable. The post is satisfactory enough for the users to switch to sendy.
We'll be using Git to deploy the site (I originally wrote directions using SCP and, trust me, it's not worth it), so initialize a new git repository in the unzipped sendy folder and add everything to it.
Go add a site to one of your Forge servers (if you don't have one yet, create your first server with Forge), with the Root Domain set to your domain (e.g. sendy.mattstauffer.co) and the Web Directory empty (not the default /public).
