Position 1:

Role:  Informatica MDM Developer

Location: Dearborn – MI and Pittsburgh – PA and Dover – NH and Charlotte - NC

 

Job Description:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or a related technical field

·         4 plus years of progressive responsibilities in Master Data Management/Data Integration/Data Management

·         4 plus years of overall experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Governance execution

·         4 plus years of Informatica MDM Hub

·         4 plus years of experience in any Informatica 360 Products

·         4 plus years of experience in ActiveVOS (BPM) products

·         Experienced in ActiveVOS workflow design and development, creation of Human task.

·         Good Knowledge on ActiveVOS Error and Fault handing, Event Handling, Gateway, Control Flow, PDD File and ABC Config file, Email Service, JDBC Service.

·         Experience on Informatica Data Quality like Profiling, Data Parsing, Standardization and Cleansing.

·         Experience with Informatica Data Quality as a service in SOA or Web Services architecture.

·         Experienced in custom IDD Screen Development.

·         Experienced in custom MDM and IDD User Exits

·         Experience in integrating business application and Informatica MDM hub using Batch Process and message queues

·         Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and production of the MDM solution

·         Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle

·         Strong collaboration and communications skills, ability to engage with others

·         Ability to resolve complex problems and break them down to create and implement an action plan

·         Ability to lead data related project activities

·         Self-Starter who can work in ambiguous situations and drive to a solution

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to advance multiple work streams concurrently

·         Lead and develop Information MDM Hub platform solutions using data profiling, data mappings, data validation, hierarchy management, match and merge rules (business rules), and front-end UI experiences

·         Partner with business leads, project managers, application developers, and other business and technical team in addressing master data requirements

·         Lead MDM strategy, Process Design, high level MDM architecture requirement and the implementation plan

·         Develop, review and maintain functional artifacts, including high level requirements, functional design, success criteria, and data profiles for supporting master data management

·         Work with the Informatica Product Owner in ensuring alignment to all Informatica capabilities in place today

·         Guide and support other MDM Hub Analysts in mastering data objects such as but no limited to: Supplier, Customer, Chart of Accounts, and Material

·         Support performance tuning of Application, Database and Informatica MDM platform

·         Participate in conference room pilots to understand to-be processes in Company transition to SAP as the new ERP solution for Finance and Accounting

·         Assists team / product owner with defining test cases for unit, system, and integration testing

·         Responsible for coordinating content for knowledge transfer

 

 

Position 2:

Role:  Sr. Informatica Data Quality Developer

Location: Boston, MA

 

Job Description:

        Profile source data and determine all source data and metadata characteristics; Design and execute a Data Quality Audit/Assessment; Design and execute the data quality mappings that will cleanse, de-duplicate, and otherwise prepare the project data

        Implement data quality processes including transliteration, parsing, analysis, standardization and enrichment at point of entry and batch modes; Deploy mappings that will run in a scheduled, batch, or real-time environment.

        Document all mappings, mapplets, and rules in detail and hand over documentation to the customer

        Collaborate with various business and technical teams to gather requirements around data quality rules and propose the optimization of these rules if applicable, then design and develop these rules with IDQ

        Utilize “Informatica Developer”, “Informatica Power Exchange”, “Informatica Metadata Manager”, and “Informatica Analyst” to design and develop custom objects and rules, reference data tables and create/import/export mappings

        As per business requirements perform thorough data profiling with multiple usage patterns, root cause analysis and data cleansing and develop scorecards utilizing Informatica, Excel and other data quality tools

        Develop "matching" plans, help determine best matching algorithm, configure identity matching and analyze duplicates

        Build complex profiles and scripts to execute and test mappings and workflows to implement data stewardship and exception processing

        Build human task workflow scenarios and IDQ scorecards to support data remediation

        Run data quality specific ETL jobs (address standardization and validation, email cleanups, name cleanup, parsing, etc.) utilizing IDQ and other ETL tools

        Serve as the primary resource to team members and data stewards for training, problem resolution, data profiling etc.

        Analyze and provide data metrics to management in order to help prioritize areas for data quality improvement

        Participate in improvement of master data management process and support transactional systems and processes

        Good knowledge on writing shell-scripts to invoke mappings or workflows

        Proficient at writing SQL queries and verifying the results
