Detailed job description:

Should have minimum 10+ years of extensive experience as Scrum Master
Should have strong experience as Business Analysts
Should have strong experience working with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders
Need to have experience of creating the stories using JIRA with clear requirements and acceptance criteria
Should be Certified Scrum Master
Functional understanding of Banking and Finance, Capital Marketing, Payments
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

Platform/Environment: Unix, Windows, Linux
Tools - ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy
Domain Knowledge - Banking and Finance, Capital Marketing, Payments
Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 7 years
Any Certifications required: Scrum Master
Additional Sills: Should have minimum 10 years of extensive experience as Scrum Master Should have strong experience as Business Analysts Should have strong experience working with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholder Need to have experience of creating the stories using JIRA with clear requirements and acceptance criteria Should be Certified Scrum Master Functional understanding of Banking and Finance, Capital Marketing, Payments Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
