Location: Columbus, OH / Wilmington, DE (Day 1 Onsite)
Rate: Up to $65/hr C2C
Experience: 15+ Years
Interview: 1 Video + 1 In-Person
Visa Preference: H1B Preferred
Requirement: Need Local Candidates Only

Mandatory Skills:
• Java Backend Development
• AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge)
• Kafka
• Terraform (Must Have)
• Microservices & Distributed Systems
• Python (Automation/Scripting)
• Full Stack Experience (React/Angular/Vue)
• AWS Bedrock
• Team Leadership Experience (6-10+ Engineers)

Important Notes:
• Candidate must be local to Columbus, OH or Wilmington, DE.
• Day 1 onsite attendance is mandatory.
• RTTO (Return to Office) email confirmation is required at the time of submission.
• Strong preference for candidates with Banking/Financial Services experience.
