Hi,

We have an open requirement for an AWS Connect / AWS Lex Consultant for a long-term remote engagement.

Role: AWS Connect / AWS Lex Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions
• Build and optimize contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js), Lex, S3, DynamoDB
• Develop conversational IVR/chatbots using Amazon Lex
• Implement real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect CTRs & SQL
• Experience with API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch
• Troubleshoot call flows, latency, and performance issues
• Integrate with external systems/CRMs (ServiceNow is a plus)
