We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Program Manager for a long-term remote contract.
Strong Telecom experience is mandatory for this role.

Mandatory Requirements:
Strong Telecom background with hands-on experience in fiber or network service delivery programs
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design features, and drive implementation
Deep understanding of software development, product management, and API/system integrations
Experience gathering, defining, and prioritizing requirements across internal, third-party, and integrated systems
Ownership of multiple roadmaps aligned with business priorities and product strategy
Direct involvement in the software development lifecycle, including API integrations between systems
Experience automating complex processes and managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills
Experience publishing delivery metrics and status reports
