Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle EPM Architect with deep expertise in Financial Close & Consolidation (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role is central to leading functional design, complex configuration, and end-to-end testing cycles. You will bridge the gap between Finance and IT by translating business reporting requirements into technical consolidation logic, intercompany eliminations, and automated reconciliation profiles.

 

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Implementation & Configuration

• Module Design: Lead the functional architecture and configuration of Oracle FCCS and ARCS modules.
• Financial Logic: Configure complex Consolidation logic, Intercompany eliminations, and Multi-currency translations.
• Reconciliation Compliance: Set up ARCS reconciliation profiles and Transaction Matching to automate manual finance processes.

Testing Leadership & Execution

• E2E Strategy: Act as the Functional Testing Lead, overseeing Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validation: Develop comprehensive test scripts to validate data accuracy from source ERP systems through to final financial reports.
• Defect Resolution: Partner with technical teams to identify, document, and resolve functional defects during migration and integration phases.

Documentation & Compliance

• Design Artifacts: Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and standardized end-user training materials.
• Governance: Ensure all implementations align with regulatory and statutory reporting standards and internal accounting principles.
• Data Integration: Oversee Data Management (DM/DI) for EPM data loads, ensuring high data quality and lineage.

 

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Oracle FCCS: Mastery of consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and translations.
2. Oracle ARCS: Hands-on experience with Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
3. EPM Testing Lead: Proven track record of leading E2E testing in Oracle EPM environments.
4. Financial Domain: Strong understanding of the financial close process and statutory reporting.
