We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in the Telecom domain. Please find the details below:

Role: ServiceNow Architect – Telecom Domain
Location: 100% Remote (US)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience: 13+ Years

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong technical and functional expertise across the Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) and Telecom Service Management (TSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale ServiceNow environments for telecom clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation for telecom systems.
  • Work extensively on TNI and TSM modules for service operations and network management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with OSS/BSS, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and performance standards.
  • Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct platform upgrades, performance tuning, and architecture reviews.

Required Skills:
  • 13+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and configuration.
  • Hands-on with TNI and TSM modules (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM.
  • Experience integrating with telecom APIs and systems.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
  • Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
  • Exposure to cloud/SaaS-based environments.
  • Prior work with telecom operators or vendors preferred.
